Overview

As a local area we are committed to improving services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

This important survey will help us determine whether improvements to services for our SEND children and young people are reaching families in Luton.

The findings from the survey will be anonymised, analysed and reviewed to help us understand what children and young people with SEND need and to plan services to meet their needs and improve outcomes.

Participants will be entered into a prize draw with the opportunity to win prizes including tickets for a family day out and fitness vouchers. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries returned and will be contacted by email (using the details provided on entry) within 28 days of the draw date.
