Sheltered housing tenant survey

Closed 23 May 2021

Opened 5 May 2021

As we look forward to COVID19 rules being relaxed, we wanted to take this opportunity to look back on how your sheltered housing officers kept in touch with you over the past year and what your hopes and ideas are for the service when lockdown restrictions ease.

Linked to this we want to involve you in the plans for reopening communal areas and to do this we need to look at how these areas were used before March 2020 and your ideas and aspirations for how your communal space is used in the future.

Why your views matter

During the past year we have all become more used to doing many things differently with minimum of face to face contact. For example, we now expect contact with the council and other businesses to take place over the telephone or online. Some of you may prefer this?  Some of you may miss face to face contact?  Your views and ideas will help us plan how your sheltered housing service develops in the future.

Before the start of the pandemic you may have used the communal areas to meet friends, join a coffee morning or have a chat while you planted or weeded the garden? Is this what you want for the future or do you have some new ideas for how you would like to see communal areas used?
